VidMints is a browser-based studio for making and editing video and images, generating captions and transcripts, and saving content you have the rights to. Because it all runs online, most problems people write in about are quick to diagnose once we can see what you saw. This page is the front door to real human help: the form above sends your message straight to the support inbox, and you can also email support@vidmints.com directly if you prefer your own mail app.
There are two paths to an answer. The fast, self-serve path is our written help: the Help Center and FAQ cover the most common questions and usually resolve them in minutes with no waiting. The human path is this contact form — best for account-specific issues, billing, bug reports with details we need to reproduce, and anything the docs do not cover.
Billing & payments / Refund request
A charge you do not recognize, a plan change, or a refund. Include the Paystack reference. Our refund terms live on the Legal page, and plan details are on Pricing.
Bug report
Something is broken or behaving oddly — a render that fails, a caption that will not save, an export that stalls. The more precisely you can describe the steps, the faster we can reproduce it.
Feature request
An idea for the video editor, photo editor, or any other tool. We genuinely read these when planning what to build next.
DMCA / copyright
Rights and takedown matters. VidMints tools are for content you created or are licensed to use, so this channel is for legitimate rights holders and related questions.
Account issue
Sign-in trouble, email changes, or credits that did not update as expected. Some features require a signed-in account, so include the email on the account.
General question / Other
Anything else — pre-purchase questions, how a tool works, or feedback that does not fit a box above.
A surprising share of support tickets are solved in under a minute with a few checks. Before you send a message, it is worth a look:
We want to set honest expectations, so a few things worth knowing up front:
The quality of a reply depends a lot on the quality of the question. One detailed message almost always beats several short ones. Include what you expected to happen versus what actually happened, the exact error text, the browser and device you are on, and — for anything paid — your Paystack reference. If a picture would explain it faster than words, a screenshot helps enormously.
Compared with a live-chat-only product, written support trades instant replies for something more useful on tricky issues: a paper trail. You get a record of exactly what was said and any references shared, which matters for billing and bug tracking. And unlike a pure knowledge base, you are talking to a person who can look into your specific case — the self-serve Help Center handles the common stuff, and this form handles the rest.
How long until I hear back?
We typically reply within 1–2 business days. Weekends and holidays can add time, and a billing investigation may take a little longer than the first acknowledgement.
Is it faster to email or use the form?
They reach the same place. The form is handy because the subject dropdown helps route your note; emailing support@vidmints.com directly is fine if you would rather use your own mail app or attach files.
Do I need an account to contact support?
No — anyone can send a message. But for account, billing, or credit questions, write from the email on your account so we can verify it and look into your specific case.
What details should I include for a bug?
What you were doing, what you expected, what actually happened, the exact error text, and your browser and device. A screenshot and the relevant tool or URL make it much faster to reproduce.
Can support recover lost work or exports?
Sometimes, depending on the tool and how far a job got. Reach out with the details as soon as you notice, and avoid re-running the same job repeatedly, which can make things harder to trace.
Where do I request a refund or dispute a charge?
Choose “Billing & payments” or “Refund request,” include your Paystack reference, and review the terms on our Legal page first so you know what is eligible.
