By creating an account or using VidMints ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
VidMints is an AI creator studio: generate AI videos and images from a prompt, animate stills, create talking avatars, add animated captions and voiceovers, and download media from supported platforms (subject to your own rights to that content).
You can browse the Service and use lightweight tools as a guest. You must create a free account to save work or run premium AI generation. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Account sharing or selling is not permitted.
Free accounts include a limited monthly allowance of light tools. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) include a monthly credit grant that powers AI generation; heavier actions cost more credits than light ones. One-time credit top-ups stack on your balance and do not change your tier. Failed generations are automatically refunded.
Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to the Free plan. See the Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
You keep ownership of media you upload. Subject to these Terms, you also own the AI outputs you generate and may use them for personal or commercial purposes if you're on a plan that includes a commercial usage license. You're solely responsible for ensuring your inputs and outputs comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
Don't use VidMints to create deepfakes of real people without consent, sexual content involving minors, content designed to harass or defraud, or anything that infringes someone else's intellectual property. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
We work hard to keep the Service running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or an in-product notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to where VidMints operates. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first; otherwise, in a competent court of that jurisdiction.
